Legal Compliance Monitoring Specialist

Job Summary
Monitor compliance with Accenture's Ethics & Compliance programs, including Anti-Corruption, Anti-Money Laundering, and Trade Compliance using continuous auditing techniques. Analyze metrics, trends, and exceptions to prepare summaries and recommendations for stakeholders, then support remediation activities and issue resolution efforts. Escalate significant concerns and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sustainable improvements and risk mitigation. This role involves working with global stakeholders to gain exposure to broad compliance and governance areas while developing expertise in data analytics and continuous auditing.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in Compliance Monitoring, Audit, Internal Controls, Internal Audit, External Audit or a related area
- University degree, preferably in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas and pivot tables
- Proven analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, draw conclusions and present findings clearly
- Process-oriented mindset with strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Advanced/Fluent)
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and ability to remain focused when working with ambiguity
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities within established deadlines
- Must be available for a mix of working remotely (most of the time), onsite at a client or in an Accenture office depending on specific project circumstances
Desired Qualifications
- Experience supporting Ethics & Compliance programs
- Knowledge of compliance regulations related to Anti-Corruption, AML, Data Privacy or Trade Compliance
- Experience working with analytics, reporting tools or large datasets
- Knowledge of Excel macros or process automation solutions
