Job Summary
Ensure regulatory and operational compliance with relevant laws, manage daily compliance risk identification, reporting, and internal audits, and develop internal controls and governance guidelines. Draft, negotiate, and review cross-border manufacturing, supply chain, and commercial agreements while delivering legal support across IT, Marketing, Operations, and Events. Adapt global headquarters policies to the local context and support Data Protection leadership for privacy regulations. Manage legal tech tools, contract repositories, and workflow optimization; design and conduct internal legal training programs. Provide ad-hoc legal support to the regional APAC legal director and assist with statutory corporate secretarial duties. This role requires 3 to 6 years of post-qualification experience and admission to the Singapore Bar. The position is based in Singapore with a monthly bonus up to 10% of base salary.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in law
- Admission to the Singapore Bar or qualified in a Commonwealth jurisdiction
- 3 to 6 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in a reputable law firm or as in-house counsel
- exposure to retail, e-commerce, FMCG, or supply chain/logistics sectors
- Experience in corporate secretarial and contractual management
- Excellent communication and written skills in English
- Excellent computing skills in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work autonomously and multitask efficiently with the different business units and support teams
- Superior attention to detail in order to identify and correct risky practices
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Team player
- Highly motivated with a strong work ethic

- Energetic, responsible, helpful, and display a strong willingness to learn

Desired Qualifications
- preferably with exposure to retail, e-commerce, FMCG, or supply chain/logistics sectors
- Experience in corporate secretarial and contractual management would be a bonus
