Job Summary
Lead comprehensive case intake conversations with attorneys, analyze case theories, and develop targeted expert witness search strategies. Translate complex legal needs into actionable research parameters and oversee end-to-end client engagements to ensure timely delivery. Build strong relationships with attorney clients, present findings to stakeholders, and proactively identify challenges throughout the litigation process. This entry-level, full-time hybrid role is based in the Milwaukee office. Expert Institute connects litigators with top industry experts and innovative litigation research via our SaaS platform, Expert iQ.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of client or customer service experience required
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Proven track record of meeting deadlines and managing multiple priorities
- Natural problem-solver with a creative approach to challenges
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts highly preferred
- Previous experience in legal, research, or professional services industries preferred
