Job Summary
Maintain and organize litigation materials while processing correspondence, filing, and assembling court packages. Disassemble hard copy records, perform document repairs, and sort, scan, and mail packages to attorneys, courts, and vendors across various states. Execute high-speed scanning to convert documents to electronic files and perform binding and finishing work on high-volume machines. Conduct quality checks to ensure accuracy before mailing and ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies. Manage incoming correspondence between the legal team, clients, courts, and third parties. Update department managers and team members regarding recent policy changes. Requires proficiency in Windows, Outlook, PRANET, and Office applications with a high attention to detail.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be proficient in Windows
- Must be proficient in Outlook
- Must be proficient in PRANET
- Must be proficient in Application Extender
- Must be familiar with Word
- Must be familiar with Excel
- Must have high attention to detail
- Must have organizational skills to manage multiple ongoing tasks
- Must have ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Must be able to lift 25-50 pounds
- Must be able to lift 11-25 pounds
- Must be able to lift 1-10 pounds
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Must not require, now or in the future, sponsorship for employment visa status
