Job Summary
Legal Case Manager needed to manage client cases from intake through resolution within a personal injury practice. Responsibilities include coordinating litigation lifecycle, maintaining client communications, preparing legal documents with attorneys, tracking court deadlines, aiding in discovery and trial preparation (exhibits, witness lists, trial binders), organizing case files, researching relevant case law and statutes, and ensuring timely completion of tasks. Requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, at least 2 years of legal experience, strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management software, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively in a team. Base compensation is $4-$5 per hour with flexible work arrangements.
