Job Summary
Draft, review legal documents, and support contract negotiations across departments while conducting research on compliance developments that impact group operations. Advise on litigation and commercial legal issues, develop terms and policies to ensure regulatory adherence, and provide training to business stakeholders on key legal topics. Assist senior lawyers with assigned tasks and team administration. Requires 1-3 years of post-qualification experience in general commercial law, with qualifications in Hong Kong or the UK preferred. Based in Hong Kong, this role supports Lalamove's mission to scale innovative delivery technology across Asia and globally.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years' post-qualification experience gained from reputable law firms or MNCs
- Qualified in Hong Kong or United Kingdom
- Experience in general commercial, and commercial transactions
- Experience in dealing with regulatory practice relating to international businesses
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent presentation skills
- Interpersonal skills with ability to work independently or in a team
