Job Summary
Liaise with legal, finance, accounting, sales, and customer success teams to execute data analysis exercises that enhance functional processes. Locate contracts, upload them into the new CMS, and support contract renewals while ensuring compliance with customer requirements for vendor registration. Manage ad hoc requests from finance and accounting teams as needed, prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment. Report to the SaaS Analyst/Contracts Manager and collaborate closely with cross-functional functions on special projects. This co-op opportunity runs from September to December, starting September 7th, with a hybrid schedule of three days per week in the Oakville, ON office.
Required Qualifications
- Working toward your diploma or degree within the area of Legal, Finance, or Business Administration
- Must be enrolled in a Co-Op program
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize
- A high level of accountability, teamwork, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Strong computer skills such as Microsoft office, with Intermediate Excel skills required
- Attention to detail, with accuracy in data entry and communication
