Job Summary
Provide legal advice and support to various departments on a wide range of legal issues. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to safeguard the company's interests while ensuring all contracts comply with legal requirements and internal policies. Assist in the development and implementation of company policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance. Identify potential legal risks and provide proactive solutions to mitigate these risks, and develop and maintain a risk management framework to ensure the company's operations are legally sound. Monitor and keep proper records of governing developments, providing feedback to management, and support the corporate governance framework by effectively managing and documenting board and committee meetings. Assist in the preparation and review of board materials and resolutions. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Law with at least four years of corporate law experience and strong analytical and communication skills.

- Bachelor's degree in Law
- At least 4 years experience practicing corporate law

- Excellent communication skills (writing, editing and speaking)
