Job Summary
Provide administrative support in a law firm specializing in workers' compensation and employment-related matters. Organize and maintain client records, coordinate appointments, assist with preparation of routine documents, handle correspondence to clients, and perform standard clerical duties including managing calls, mail, and electronic/file management through Merus Legal DMS. Requires able to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and work both independently and as part of a team. Proficiency with MS Office and Teams; strong attention to detail and professional demeanor. Location: Brea, California (in-person).
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in a law office preferred, but not required
- Proficiency with MS Office and Teams
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
