Job Summary
Legal Assistant to support attorneys and litigation paralegals in Georgia, coordinating with clients and opposing counsel, handling medical records, bills, liens, and PIP logs, drafting legal documents, preparing medical notebooks for depositions/mediations/trials, entering witnesses and physician names into case management, e-filing in Georgia’s portal, and providing bilingual support (English/Spanish; Creole a plus) while maintaining attorney calendars and facilitating client communications in a fast-paced litigation environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school/GED diploma required
- Bilingual, fluent in English/Spanish. Creole is a plus
- Strong customer service skills
- Legal experience, including experience with clients, preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Pro or other similar PDF software
- Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently
- Manage heavy workload in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational skills and being able to multitask and prioritize workload
- Teamwork oriented
