Job Summary
Provide administrative and litigation support to attorneys across multiple practice areas within the Tax Litigation group, serving as a shared resource for overflow work and supporting a broad range of litigation matters. Key duties include preparing, revising, and proofreading legal documents; assisting with state and federal court filings including e-filing; managing attorney calendars, travel, and meeting coordination; supporting document management, case organization, and trial preparation; maintaining client files, tracking deadlines, and assisting with time entry and billing tasks; professional communication with attorneys, clients, court personnel, and vendors while maintaining confidentiality; offering overflow and administrative support across practice groups as needed. Requires approximately 3+ years of litigation experience, strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and a Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Approximately 3+ years of law firm experience, preferably supporting litigation attorneys
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Positive attitude, flexibility, and willingness to assist wherever needed
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with legal software platforms is a plus
- Bachelor's degree preferred
