Job Summary
Provide secretarial and administrative support to assigned attorneys, including document production, editing, and proofreading of legal correspondence and filings. Draft routine documents, memoranda, and correspondence at attorney direction or on own initiative. Coordinate complex domestic and international travel arrangements, manage attorney calendars, and maintain organized client files ensuring confidentiality. Answer calls, relay messages, liaise with clients and external partners, enter timesheets, and prepare client bills. Assist with business development support, handle expense reimbursements, and provide backup reception support. Experience in litigation preferred; ability to work evenings or weekends as needed. Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of Legal Assistant experience
- Associates degree
- Strong document management experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
