Job Summary
Answer new client calls, respond to web inquiries, and conduct intake interviews by gathering essential information and scheduling consultations. Manage file administration, maintain bring-forward systems, follow up on outstanding items, and assist with collections. Support the litigation team with day-to-day operations while taking on additional responsibilities as skills develop. This role requires strong listening skills, empathy, and the ability to keep conversations moving efficiently. Based in Abbotsford, the position offers growth opportunities for junior or intermediate candidates within a full-service firm serving the Fraser Valley since 1971.
Required Qualifications

Desired Qualifications
- Previous law firm or Legal Assistant experience
- Completion of a Legal Administrative Assistant or Paralegal certificate program
