Job Summary
Patent Prosecution Legal Assistant to support attorneys in a busy IP practice; responsibilities include managing patent dockets and deadlines, preparing shell patent applications and prosecution-related documents, assisting with USPTO filings and correspondence, drafting, revising, and proofreading legal documents, maintaining client files and matter records, and supporting attorneys with expense reports and scheduling. Requires 5+ years of patent prosecution experience, strong knowledge of U.S. patent prosecution procedures, excellent organizational and time-management skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal software, and strong attention to detail and communication skills. Hybrid schedule after training; Atlanta-based role with IPC-oriented responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
