Job Summary
Conduct client follow-up calls, verify adjuster contact information, and compile attachments for demand letters as directed by Case Managers. Post all case information accurately in SmartAdvocate, open UM/UIM and liability claims within one day, and send letters of representation within 24 hours of case opening. Obtain client documentation and insurance dec pages within 14 days, prepare PeopleMaps on tort/defendants, and ensure overdue tasks never exceed 50. Attend firm-wide and daily team huddles, review individual metrics with the Team Lead biweekly, and monitor dashboard KPIs to maintain top performance. Complete all Case Manager requests promptly while adhering to firm policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Empathy for injured clients
- Confidence and motivation to exceed expectations
- Professional attire and demeanor
- Ability to work on-site Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Ability to pass a background check
