Job Summary
Prepare, file, and e-file legal documents with state and federal courts while managing attorney calendars, court dates, and deadlines. Draft correspondence and memos, open new case files, and maintain organized legal records. Communicate with insurance claim adjusters, opposing counsel, and courts to ensure cases move forward efficiently. Assist attorneys with coordinating day-to-day case activity and providing administrative support as needed. This role requires 3+ years of experience in personal injury law and proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal software. Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Legal Assistant, Paralegal, or Legal Secretary in Personal Injury
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines
