Job Summary
Draft, review, and manage agreements, contracts, and official correspondence while ensuring all documents comply with relevant laws and regulations. Engage and coordinate with landlords, government agencies, regulatory bodies, and external stakeholders on legal matters, including assignments outside Lagos. Monitor ongoing litigation, track case progress, and maintain proper records while managing insurance documentation and claims processes. Provide legal support to management to promote compliance with applicable laws and assist in reviewing company policies and operations. Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Law and Nigerian Law School Certificate (B.L.). Salary is 200,000.00 gross.
