Job Summary
Prepare, compile, serve, and file documents for court tribunals, arbitration, and contractual matters. Manage docket diaries, reminders, and limitations while coordinating lawyers' schedules, hearing dates, and travel arrangements. Draft correspondence, transcribe documents, and maintain organized files from opening to closing. Handle incoming mail and email, process expense reports, and oversee billing administration. Prioritize workflow to meet established deadlines with minimal supervision. This full-time role supports the Employment & Labour and Litigation practices in a hybrid environment at a global law firm known for client service and diversity.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of a recognized legal assistant program
- Minimum of 3 years Legal Assistant experience
- Above average technical aptitude
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Detailed oriented
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
- Strong organization skills
- Highly motivated

- Ability to prioritize work
- Capacity to work effectively within deadlines and short-time frames
