Job Summary
Prepare files for legal production, file documents with courts, and track updates in the Q-Law system of record. Produce legal pleadings ensuring state law requirements are followed, conduct case investigations including dismissals and number inquiries, and create, print, notarize, sort, and mail documents. Assist attorneys and clerks of court on various filing projects and document preparation tasks while organizing and tracking files. Perform other related duties as assigned. This role requires 1+ years of administrative/legal experience, familiarity with civil legal procedures, and strong organizational skills within a small team offering flexible scheduling and partial work-from-home options.
