Job Summary
Conduct general administration including word processing, document creation, filing, maintaining the document management system, and organising couriers. Manage matter-related processing such as opening and closing matters, preparing conflict checks, client billing, conducting data and system searches, creating engagement letters and trust statements, and managing document lodgement. Support practice operations through diary management, general practice administration, and scheduling appointments while delivering client services like answering phone calls, managing events, assisting with client portals, preparing reports, and supporting new client onboarding. This role requires excellent time management, proactive initiative, and strong communication skills within a diverse, flexible working environment at Jackson McDonald, offering ongoing training and development opportunities.
Required Qualifications
