Job Summary
Legal Assistant - Intake Specialist position focused on being the first point of contact for potential clients, routing leads to attorneys, signing up new clients, and documenting case details in the case management system. Requires strong client-facing communication, empathy, attention to detail, and the ability to manage high-volume intake tasks. Responsibilities include inbound/outbound calls, facilitating client-attorney communication, accurate on-the-line documentation, and collaborating across departments.
