Job Summary
Estate Planning Legal Assistant to support attorneys in Estate Planning, Tax, and Trust Administration; responsibilities include preparing, proofreading, formatting, and finalizing estate planning documents (wills, trusts, powers of attorney, advance directives), coordinating signings and document execution, managing attorney calendars and client meetings, serving as primary client contact, organizing files, assisting with probate and trust administration, tracking requests and tasks, preparing engagement letters and onboarding documentation, coordinating mail and document deliveries, assisting attorneys during client meetings, maintaining confidentiality, and supporting process improvements to enhance client experience. Requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, professional communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management systems.
