Job Summary
Draft and prepare estate planning documents including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney. Coordinate workflows, gather client financial information, and communicate regarding document collection and signatures. Schedule meetings, assist with trust funding, and maintain confidential client records while tracking deadlines. Work collaboratively with advisors and attorneys to ensure timely completion of matters. This role supports the estate planning department at Strittmatter Wealth Management Group, LLC, a boutique firm specializing in retirement and business planning for high-net-worth clients.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of paralegal experience
- Must be willing to work full-time or part-time, as required
Desired Qualifications
- Paralegal certificate or equivalent legal experience preferred
- Experience working in a law firm, financial advisory firm, or wealth management environment preferred
