Legal Assistant- Employment Litigation

Job Summary
Support attorneys in labor and employment litigation on complex state and federal matters; prepare, revise, and finalize legal documents and correspondence; manage state and federal court filings (including PACER); coordinate calendars, deadlines, and case logistics; create and edit Tables of Contents and Tables of Authorities using Best Authority; maintain electronic files in the firm’s document management system; assist with trial preparation and other administrative litigation support tasks; hybrid schedule requiring 2.5 days per week in-office with two set in-office days plus rotating Fridays.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of labor & employment litigation experience in a law firm environment
- Minimum of 5 years of federal court filing/PACER experience
- Experience with EEOC filings is a plus
- Experience with CaseAnywhere is a plus
- Experience using Best Authority for TOCs/TOAs is a plus
- Familiarity with document management systems, preferably iManage (NetDocuments or similar platforms also considered)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing deadlines
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
