Legal Assistant, ECM, Capital Markets

Collate and research company information from public sources and deal data, while supporting administrative aspects of deals such as chasing responses on due diligence questionnaires. Assist in bible preparation and deal closing to ensure projects are completed accurately, on time, and to client satisfaction. This role requires a Bachelor's Degree in Law and prior US-side IPO experience, with fluency in English, Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin), and stable experience preferred. Candidates must be highly robust with an eye for attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills. Reporting to Partners within the ECM Capital Markets team at Linklaters, the position involves dedicated matter support across complex legal matters and jurisdictions.
