Job Summary
Legal Assistant supporting Corporate and Real Estate Practice Groups in a full-time, hybrid role based in Concord, NH. Responsibilities include providing high-level administrative and legal support to attorneys, managing calendars and deadlines, coordinating travel, organizing and filing corporate/real estate documents, proofreading/formatting deeds and closing materials, preparing correspondence and signature packets, serving as witness/notary for in-person executions, electronic filing with registries of deeds and secretaries of state, assisting with entity formation and post-closing tasks, and supporting billing/time-entry. Requires 3+ years of administrative experience, strong communication, Office software proficiency, and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment;Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in a comparable administrative position
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Self-starter with strong initiative and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Interest in working for a law firm, preferably within corporate, real estate, or other transactional practice areas
- Commitment to discretion and integrity due to exposure to sensitive and confidential information
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree
