Job Summary
Process daily mail, proofread and eFile legal documents, draft transmittal correspondence, and maintain attorney calendars by scheduling reminders and conferences. Provide administrative support to attorneys by ProFiling electronic communications, mailing legal correspondence to clients and opposing counsel, and answering phone calls. File, organize, scan, and fax raw data documents while maintaining client files with continual updating. Facilitate deadline completion through multiple agendas and timely reminders. Work full-time on-site hours Monday through Friday.

Desired Qualifications
- Associates or four year college degree from an accredited college or university
- Degree preferably in business, business administration, pre-law or other related fields
- Significant prior experience working in a law or other professional firm
- Significant prior experience working as a Legal Assistant or in a similar role
