Job Summary
Provide trusted, commercially focused advice to the Executive Leadership Team on legal, commercial, and risk matters. Lead enterprise risk, governance, privacy, and compliance programs while drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts. Prepare governance and risk reporting for Board stakeholders and support a strong risk-aware culture across the organisation. This role requires a Bachelor of Laws with a current Australian Legal Practising Certificate and experience in aged care or highly regulated industries.
