Job Summary
Provide comprehensive legal counsel to internal business units and draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements across Poland and 10 export markets. Ensure all operations comply with Polish and EU law, focusing on public procurement, labor law, and anti-corruption regulations while overseeing external law firm coordination. Implement and update internal policies and procedures in line with the Roche Group Code of Conduct, then design and deliver practical compliance training sessions. Support internal investigations and implement corrective actions for reported breaches, actively promoting a culture of openness and accountability. This 18-month fixed-term role within Roche Diagnostics Polska requires a Master's in Law and 5+ years of legal/compliance experience, with an annual bonus and flexible work options available.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Law
- Full qualification as an Attorney-at-Law (Radca Prawny) or Advocate (Adwokat) in Poland
- At least 5 years of professional experience in legal and compliance functions (either in-house or at a law firm)
- Fluent command of spoken and written English
- Comfortable working in an international environment
