Job Summary
Design internal workflows, mitigate risks, and optimize auditing processes to drive organizational efficiency at Roche Pharma Turkiye. Support the team in ensuring high standards of Business Ethics policies and facilitate their implementation across employees and third parties. Design, map, and continuously optimize internal legal, compliance, and governance workflows while leveraging advanced digital tools and AI solutions to automate routine compliance monitoring and streamline contract management. Establish and execute comprehensive compliance due diligence processes for third parties, distributors, and vendors, and oversee corporate governance processes including preparing General Assembly meetings and handling official registry filings. Formulate internal compliance audit plans, identify risks, and manage litigation portfolios by coordinating with external counsel. Provide high-quality advice on legal, compliance, and audit issues using modern training methods and periodically follow up on legislative developments in the pharmaceutical industry.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's Degree in Law
- 1–3 years of professional experience in contract law, commercial law, litigation management, and corporate governance processes
- High digital literacy with practical experience in utilizing AI tools, legal-tech platforms, automation, and data analytics software to optimize legal and compliance operations
- Exceptional analytical, investigative, and organizational skills, with exposure to commercial agreements and internal workflow mapping
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Turkish to effectively collaborate with internal, external, and global stakeholders
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience or familiarity with the pharmaceutical industry and its regulatory landscape
