Job Summary

Provide administrative and operational support to senior lawyers, including meeting coordination, diary management, and confidential correspondence handling. Prepare and format reports, presentations, and communications using Microsoft Office tools. Analyze legal spend, support budgeting and forecasting activities, and contribute to legal fee and risk reporting. Coordinate onboarding activities for new team members, maintain team resources, and manage purchase orders and matter-level budgets. Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including legal technology adoption and AI-enabled solutions, while maintaining legal document repositories. Manage travel, events, and logistics for legal team activities and liaise with external law firms regarding costs and invoicing.

Required Qualifications

  • A commitment to the safety of yourself and your team
  • Experience as a paralegal, legal assistant, legal operations professional or finance support specialist within an in-house or private practice environment
  • Demonstrated capability in project coordination, document management and supporting multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, including reporting, analysis and presentation preparation
  • Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, expense management or financial reporting processes
  • Knowledge of process improvement, automation or legal technology tools and practices

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience working within a global or matrix organisation
  • Exposure to legal risk reporting, legal spend management or vendor management processes
  • Experience supporting AI, knowledge management or digital transformation initiatives
