Job Summary
Identify existing work processes for AI enhancement and build agents for attorney and business professional teams. Evaluate AI use cases to recommend strategies influencing the Innovation & AI department's direction. Collaborate with practice leadership to design, build, and implement tailored AI solutions while conducting regular meetings to scope complex challenges. Proactively communicate with attorneys, vendors, and IT to diagnose issues, resolve technical barriers, and deliver feedback aligned with firm strategy. Develop adoption strategies, manage pilot onboarding and offboarding, and prepare recommendations for senior leadership following evaluations. Research emerging solutions, assess technical implications, and create content addressing common issues and advanced use cases. Ensure use case documentation includes specifications and limitations, escalating findings during team meetings. Manage testing tasks under project deadlines and prepare summaries of qualitative and quantitative work data.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 4+ years law firm or in-house legal experience
- 2+ years of AI experience
- Experience working with attorneys and familiarity with legal work
- Strong understanding of technology, AI, and its applications in the legal field
- Ability to establish effective working relationships across organizational boundaries, to include the IT department, legal groups, general counsel and other administrative teams
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work under high pressure with tight schedules and deadlines
- Excellent communication, customer service and organizational skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to see problems in larger organizational context
- Goal oriented and motivated team player with strong conflict resolution skills
