Job Summary
Lead complex legal AI programs from strategy through adoption, guiding senior legal stakeholders on use cases, governance, and sequencing while orchestrating multidisciplinary teams across AI delivery and legal operations. Translate delivery signals from configuration, prompting, and evaluation into clear recommendations on scope, staffing, and investment to move enterprise initiatives forward. Establish operating cadences that preserve speed and experimentation while creating reusable frameworks and decision forums that scale across client engagements. Challenge assumptions constructively to ensure sustainable value and shape the future of Harbor Labs' delivery model.
Required Qualifications
- Legal AI delivery experience
- Led or played a central role in legal AI implementations
- Understand what it takes to move from use-case selection through workflow design, evaluation, rollout, and adoption
- Credibility with lawyers and executives
- Can engage senior legal stakeholders as a peer
- Explain complex issues clearly
- Hold a well-informed point of view even when it challenges the initial direction
- A builder mindset
- Enjoy creating structure where none exists
