Job Summary
Legal Advisor responsible for taking down comprehensive instructions and providing proper legal and policy advice to Advice only policies and related lines, handling high-volume calls, drafting cases, ensuring correct legal field allocation, and communicating potential policy exclusions. The role supports multi-channel correspondence (emails, Xcally, WhatsApp, Teams) and requires drafting skills, initiative, teamwork, and the ability to work with supervision or independently. The position offers a flexible schedule with both office and remote work possibilities and involves shifts as required. Focus areas include civil, criminal, bail, family, wills and estates, and labour law for policyholders and related clients.
Required Qualifications
- LLB degree
- Atleast 1 year experience working in a Call Centre environment
- Ability to communicate effectively in two official African languages
