Job Summary

Provide daily legal admin support to the Litigation & Recoveries team, with a focus on the Motor Finance group. Duties include diary management, scheduling meetings and calls, monitoring and managing internal mailboxes, responding to client queries, and maintaining accurate records in the case management system. Support a positive team culture and uphold core values while working both independently and with colleagues.

Required Qualifications

  • Good general education in English and Maths
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and proactive problem solving
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and legal systems (training provided)
  • Professional, discreet and reliable with great communication skills
