Job Summary
Legal Administrator role based in Bridgend, Wales, working onsite five days per week at the office. Responsibilities include taking ownership of matters after a Will is signed through to completion, keeping cases moving, ensuring tasks are accurate and timely, acting as main client contact, handling inbound calls, supporting client payments where overdue, liaising with Land Registry and Office of the Public Guardian, tracking responses, maintaining compliant records, monitoring deadlines, and adhering to SRA standards and GDPR. Requires strong communication, organisation, empathy in sensitive conversations, and competence with Microsoft Office and case management systems. Travel to Bridgend HQ is expected. The role emphasizes right-first-time service and professional client care.
