Job Summary

Legal Administrator required for a 12-month fixed-term contract within a centralised Real Estate Transaction Support Team. The role involves transactional and administrative tasks, post processing, filing documents into case management systems, maintaining trackers, assisting with logging key dates and alerts, organising files, scanning and eFiling deeds and documents, archiving, performing searches, and supporting financial tasks such as WIP transfers and bank validations. Collaboration with the Operations Manager, Workflow Coordinator, and broader team is essential, with a hybrid working arrangement in Birmingham.

Required Qualifications
