Job Summary
Legal Administrative Specialist supports the Litigation Practice Group with broad administrative, secretarial, and document processing duties in an in-office role. Responsibilities include managing attorney calendars, coordinating meetings and travel, handling time entry, preparing and proofreading correspondence and exhibits, redlining and assembling signature packets, processing expenses and invoices, coordinating printing/scanning, and providing legal research and project assistance. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least seven years of administrative support experience (law firm experience preferred); proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and PDFs; capability to work autonomously and within a team; and willingness to work in-office three days per week as scheduled.
