Job Summary
Manage daily administrative support for the Litigation practice group by utilizing Task Delegation and Workflow Management software to receive, enter, and update assignments while communicating task status and developments. Assist with word processing, proofreading correspondence, and coordinating meetings, appointments, and audio/video conferences. Maintain attorney calendars, process new business intake, expense reports, and invoices, and arrange travel with itinerary preparation. Provide legal research, case support, and project assistance while managing confidential information with discretion. This role requires a hybrid 3 days in-office/remote schedule with flexibility for overtime. Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree, at least two years of administrative support experience, and previous law firm experience supporting Litigation practice.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- At least two (2) years of administrative support experience
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
- Previous law firm experience
- Experience with supporting Litigation practice, including State and Federal Court rules and filing procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint
- Proficiency in Portable Document Format (PDF) software
- Strong organizational skills
- Attention to detail
