Job Summary
Answer phones, welcome clients, and set up conference rooms for meetings while scheduling and confirming appointments. Document and update client statuses, appointments, and phone calls in the firm's practice management system, and communicate with potential and existing clients via phone, in person, and email. Prepare and maintain paper and electronic case files, assist with preparing estate planning binders, and receive and process daily mail. Copy, scan, file, and assist with office supply organization while maintaining the front office area and conference rooms. Support team members as needed. This full-time, on-site role at a firm specializing in Trusts, Estates, and Special Needs law offers opportunities for growth into a paralegal career.
Required Qualifications

- 6 months of experience working in a law firm environment
