Job Summary
Legal Administrative Assistant for Corporate & Tax at Linmac LLP in Calgary. Role focuses on managing client intake for tax, assisting with corporate and tax transactions (incorporations, amalgamations, reorganizations, continuances, dissolutions, and assets/shares transactions), due diligence reviews, drafting and formatting complex documents in Word, file and calendar management, engagement letters, and general administrative support including reception relief. Requires 6-8 years of corporate transactional and/or tax experience within a law firm, strong analytical and communication skills, high professional judgement, and attention to detail.
