Job Summary

Legal Administrative Assistant to support attorneys on the Healthcare Team in Raleigh, NC. Prepares and edits complex correspondence and legal documents, manages calendars and scheduling, handles client communications, and coordinates filings and travel arrangements. Requires 3-5 years of experience, strong administrative and legal skills, and proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Experience with iManage, Workshare, Aderant, iTimekeep, Emburse/Chrome River, and InTapp preferred.

Required Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience as a Legal Administrative Assistant
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
  • Experience with document management software (iManage) and comparison software (Workshare) or other storage/comparison software
  • Experience with client billing (Aderant), iTimekeep, Work10/iManage, Emburse/Chrome River and InTapp would be a plus
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and work under pressure
  • Support attorneys on a Healthcare Team
