Job Summary
Oversee nursing staff to ensure quality resident care meeting regulatory standards, while conducting rounds to evaluate the appropriateness of nursing services. Maintain administrative authority for charting, documentation, and medication records, and assist in developing staffing plans that reflect resident population needs. Manage orientation and training for qualified staff, and collaborate with executive leadership to build relationships with families and care providers. Evaluate current and potential residents to determine appropriate care levels. Full-time Monday-Friday schedule with manager on duty rotation, offering a wage of $33.65-$48.07 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Valid state licensure as a Registered Nurse
Desired Qualifications
- A minimum of two years' management or supervisory experience in long-term or acute care
- Restorative or geriatric nursing experience
- Must be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, resident's families, and employees
- Must possess advanced computer skills
