Assist golfers on Cragun’s Legacy Courses by providing friendly customer service, greeting players at the tee box, managing pace of play, guiding navigation around the course, sharing course information, and offering on-course support and event assistance to ensure a smooth and enjoyable round. This outdoor role emphasizes customer-facing duties, problem-solving on course, and support during tournaments or special events.
Required Qualifications
- Friendly, approachable and customer service-oriented
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Comfortable handling physical tasks such as lifting, standing, and walking for extended periods
- Strong communication skills and ability to stay calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
- Must have a valid Driver's License
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Experience in golf or customer service is a plus, but not required
