Job Summary
Legacy Design Counsel seeks a Client Services Director (Hybrid) to own client care and operational excellence from initial contact through matter completion. Responsibilities include conducting initial consultations, serving as the main client contact, coordinating case progress and deadlines, supporting attorneys with client files and plan reviews, managing follow-up communications, overseeing scheduling via Calendly, maintaining client information in MyCase, LEAP, and WealthCounsel, assisting with marketing and campaigns via Mailchimp, and streamlining workflows to ensure consistency. The role requires high organization, tech-savviness across multiple platforms, independent problem-solving, discretion with confidential information, and strong professional communication. Hybrid arrangement with in-office presence at least 3 days per week during onboarding, located in Atlanta, GA. Compensation starts at $45,000 annually, with health stipend and PTO provided.
