Leerwerkcoach (praktijkopleider) OK

Conduct daily operations as an operating assistant or anesthesia technician for one day per week to ensure optimal patient care and smooth procedures. Guide and coach students and staff on all training-related questions during remaining days, including accompanying additional and follow-up education for certified colleagues. Serve as the primary contact point for learning and development matters within the OK team. Collaborate closely with a team of three peers to foster an environment where all staff can grow. Requires a diploma as an operating assistant or anesthesia technician (CZO-recognized), with a completed Practical Trainer course preferred.
