Job Summary
Conduct daily telecommunications mounting tasks for copper and fiber networks while completing a two-year internal practical apprenticeship. Shadow experienced mentors on client jobs for the first period, then operate independently using a service bus to resolve customer-reported faults. Maintain strong communication skills in Dutch to liaise with clients and handle on-site troubleshooting in various weather conditions. Work a standard schedule without extreme time pressure, supported by a dedicated team mentor during training.
