Conduct daily telecommunications installation and maintenance tasks while completing a two-year internal MBO apprenticeship covering copper and fiber networks. Shadow experienced technicians on site for the first period before operating independently on service buses to resolve customer-reported faults. Maintain equipment in various weather conditions and communicate effectively with clients in Dutch. Requires valid driver's license and ability to learn at MBO level 2 or 3; no prior vocational background necessary. Earn a minimum of €2,600 from day one with a guaranteed permanent contract upon successful completion.
