Conduct day-to-day telecommunications installation and maintenance on fiber optic and copper networks while completing a two-year internal vocational training program. Shadow experienced mentors on site jobs during the initial phase, then operate independently using company tools to resolve customer-reported faults. Maintain physical fitness for fieldwork in various weather conditions and possess a valid driver's license to operate service buses. Requires MBO level 2-3 learning ability and fluent Dutch communication skills. No prior technical experience necessary as comprehensive on-the-job training is provided.
