Job Summary
Conduct hands-on maintenance and troubleshooting on CV installations while learning system functionality alongside experienced technicians. Complete an intensive 6-to-8-week practical program involving field work with mentors, followed by training in an on-site center and customer visits. Obtain certifications such as VCA-basis and CO-vakmanschap, then perform independent maintenance tasks within approximately 8 weeks. Pursue recognized MBO-level 2 and 3 vocational training with full salary coverage for school days. Maintain a valid Category B driver's license and own a fully equipped service bus by the eighth week. Work full-time at the Waalwijk facility with a seven-month trial contract leading to permanent employment, earning a monthly salary between €2,808 and €3,146.
